9/26 Vinyasa Yoga Optimize

The Second class in our 5 part series.

Yoga Teacher Adam Andrews Johnson will guide the class. A movement focused practices, with an emphasis on using breath to dynamically link each yoga posture, one to another. Discussion on how cultivars can enhance your workout experience.

This class is open to all levels of students by offering variety in many of the poses, and providing detailed descriptions of postures and movements, while also offering advanced variations to students looking for more challenging options.

*Bring your own Yoga Mat!!

*21 + Event!! Must have valid ID for Check in!!

*Light food and beverages provided.

Doors open at 6:30pm. Yoga from 7-8pm
